So the excitement has to continue, and for us at the The Aqua Factor we are wanting to improve on your browsing and shopping experiences with us.
We have been in thought for some time and it was apparent that people were struggling to play the videos on band and we realised that people were having to scroll through purchased fish and fish still available on band....the answer....a website.
There are many benefits to the website and browsing could not be easier, it will allow you to search and filter tail types and males and females, it allows you to make easier purchases and even means, your not waiting for the invoice! You can just purchase straight away, the fish you would like!
However it doesn't mean we are not stopping our old ways, we are going to still allow people to pay at later dates if they need to, however we will be asking for small deposits going forward just to secure the fish.
It also means that we are more freed up to carry out the videos and photos of the fish, it means more time to be able to answer questions and provide you with an outstanding level of service.
We are aiming to start showing all our stock off on Ticktoc and also carry out some YOUTUBE videos, the aim will be to start providing you with care information, on tank set ups, feeding etc, meaning you will have all the information at your finger tips.
